How to contact our after-sale service department?

We have online live support,click it, you can talk with our service assistant freely.

And we also have skype, msn and yahoo, you can call the service assistant on skype if you want , or talk on msn,etc.

If you don't have these chatting tools, you can send email to sales@  for your problem, and we will give you professional advice after confirming with our technician.

Pay attention: all are available when we are working in China office time.We work from 8:30am to 12am in the morning, 2:00pm to 6:00pm in the afternoon  from Monday to Saturday.

Technical Support:

1. If you have problem to use our product, including installation, setup, device connection, equipment update, you can all contact us.

2. We will provide you user manual/ instructions to help you, such us PDF file or Video demo, if you have difficulty in setup or device connection. For product update, we can send you link to download the latest software.

3. Our engineer also can do remote help to solve your problem. You need to install “team viewer" software on your computer, and give us ID and password, then our engineer can check your computer to give a solution for your problem.
